HOA FINANCIAL REPORTS
2001-2002 TO 2010-2011
We show here financial reports for the SLCCV Homeowners Association for the last ten fiscal years, 2001-02 to 2010-2011. Definitions have been largely consistent over this period so reasonable comparisons can be made. The emphasis in these reports has been on the programs HOA supports, on the expenditures that have been made in these program and on the sources of revenue used. Also shown are twelve year trends in HOA Membership.
